The Owner Intensive
Four 90-minute sessions over about a month, plus email help between them. Paid half to start, half after Session 4.
- Session 1. Your own AI account set up and connected to your email, calendar and files, used on real work right away.
- Session 2. We build the first thing together, on your biggest time sink.
- Session 3. A second build, so you’ve done it twice.
- Session 4. You run it on your own, and we list every problem left in the business with what each one costs you a year.
- Our promise: by Session 4 you can run it yourself.
Team Training
12 weeks, up to 20 people. Paid half to start, half at the end. Bigger teams are quoted.
- Your team brain. Your prices, how you write to clients, who does what, in one place every person’s AI reads.
- One hands-on session with the whole team, laptops open, on real work.
- A 90-minute session for every role (office, sales, field lead, owner), each leaving with a build on their own work.
- Weekly team office hours for all 12 weeks.
- Our promise: by week 12 your whole team runs it themselves.
Both end the same way
You run it without us. Then we list every problem left in the business, with what each one costs you a year. That list is Step 2.

Projects, priced on the problem.
Once you know the tools, we take on the bigger problems one at a time. Each project is quoted on what the problem costs you a year, usually about a fifth of it.
A problem costing you $50,000 a year is about a $10,000 project. One time. No monthly fees, no retainers. Everything we build is on your accounts and stays yours.
If the math doesn’t work, we’ll tell you not to hire us.
