How the price gets set: one month of a year's savings.
Before anything gets built, we do the math out loud with you: hours saved × what those hours cost, plus what slow-and-wrong costs in cash flow. The build price is about one month of that annual number. Saving $1,000 a week of admin → a $4,000 build. If the math isn't obviously good, we'll say so and tell you not to hire us.
